Professional Experience

Patrick Chang is an experienced private equity and M&A professional with experience as a private equity investor, investment banker, and lender for middle-market businesses.  Patrick joined Hunter Valley Company in 2020 and leads the firm’s transaction sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and financing efforts, and also participates in the oversight of existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Hunter Valley, Patrick spent three years with CapitalWorks, a Cleveland-based lower middle market private equity group, where he was responsible for new deal execution and governance of existing portfolio companies.  Before CapitalWorks, Patrick was part of the leveraged finance team at KeyBanc Capital Markets and prior to that began his career at PNC Bank, where he helped provide senior financing to private equity-backed clients.

Patrick received a B.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
